Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate and execute the training strategy of Christian Dior Couture, collaborating with various headquarters functions such as Merchandising, Operational Marketing, Human Resources, Visual Merchandising, and Finance.
  • Implement the training deployment plan to contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and activity, including exhibitions and other experiences.
  • Spend approximately 80% of time on the boutique floor, dividing time between coaching and training in small groups.
  • Promote floor coaching through active listening and observation, coaching team members at all levels according to their needs.
  • Actively facilitate product training across all categories (Women, Men, Jewelry, Home, Baby).
  • Develop styling skills for all sales associates, including understanding customer needs, body morphology, creating the ideal silhouette, and optimizing cross-selling.
  • Ensure clients receive personalized service of the highest standard, evolving the client experience based on NPS and Mystery Shopping results and action plans.
  • Build trust and proximity with managers by sharing regular and constructive feedback on team performance and progress.
  • Propose adaptations to training content to meet boutique needs while respecting country guidelines.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness, managing and monitoring the quality and impact of all in-store training via tracking tools, and ensuring active floor presence to observe program implementation.
  • Engage with and monitor the e-learning training tool, ensuring all trainings are completed and mastering the e-learning back-office to regularly extract results and re-engage teams as necessary.
  • Contribute to the integration of all new hires and support interns.
  • Participate in floor management to support retail activity when necessary, demonstrating exemplary behavior.
  • Act as a coordinator for sharing experiences and best practices between departments to enhance the client experience.
  • Serve as an exemplary ambassador of Dior's values, including grooming and attitude.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in boutique management and/or training within a luxury brand or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Team spirit is essential.
  • Motivated individual with strong organizational skills, result-oriented.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive approach and seek effective solutions.
  • Good knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (coaching, in-person training, virtual, blended-learning, e-learning, digital tools, workshops, briefings, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
