Join Christian Dior Couture in New York as a Department Coordinator for Fine Jewelry & Timepieces. This on-site role offers competitive hourly compensation and a dynamic work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure meticulous organization of the Back of House, including safe management and adherence to 5S standards.
  • Lead and manage all incoming and outgoing requests, ensuring compliance with consolidation protocols.
  • Oversee loans, transfers, and monthly cycle counts while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe organization.
  • Support Operations teams with incoming requests such as reservations, Client Go bags, and CSR-related tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between Management and sales associates, acting as a liaison.
  • Assist Sales Associates on the floor, focusing on tandem selling strategies.
  • Coordinate launch preparations, including photos, styling, and client reservation tracking.
  • Organize events and client experiences in collaboration with the Merchandising Team.
  • Capture and share images of new arrivals with the boutique team.
  • Create transfers for requested pieces and manage outgoing items as needed.
  • Maintain the salon's image in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines and support floor changes.
  • Partner with Operations teams for Messenger service and client deliveries as required.

Qualifications

  • Jewelry experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Capacity to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, late nights, and weekends

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30 USD.
