Join Chloé in Tokyo as a Retail Senior Manager. Lead the retail network to achieve sales targets while promoting brand values and empowering boutique staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Instill a strong culture of service and productivity within the retail network.
- Achieve sales targets and manage store P&L and contribution.
- Recruit, develop, and nurture store personnel, focusing on Boutique Managers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in Japan, building relationships with VIC clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community.
- Plan and control sales budgets for boutiques to meet targets.
- Manage boutique staff to ensure high sales performance and excellent customer service, aligning with brand service standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores.
- Collaborate with department stores on sales events and trends, maintaining strong relationships.
- Work with various departments such as merchandising, VMD, marketing, logistics, and HR to manage all aspects of boutiques.
- Report to both Japan CEO and HQ, providing market analysis and strategic planning to achieve budget targets.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a retail manager in the retail industry, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Deep understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
- Proficiency in business-level English is preferable.

3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally within a luxury brand context.
