Join Chaumet in Paris as Director of Operational Marketing - Europe. Lead strategic marketing initiatives in the luxury sector with LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the operational marketing strategy for Europe, developing and implementing innovative marketing plans to drive sales growth and enhance Chaumet's appeal to discerning clientele.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the distribution network, providing active and personalized support to Retail (12 boutiques) and Wholesale (over 60 points of sale) teams, and participating in their geographic expansion.
  • Manage and develop a team of 5 experienced professionals and 4 trainees/interns, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven environment.
  • Represent the voice of Europe within the Group, serving as the primary liaison with International Marketing and Communication Directors, ensuring seamless communication and optimal coherence.
  • Influence strategy at the European Executive Committee, actively participating in meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making for the region and the Maison.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or commerce, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Strong affinity for field marketing and in-depth understanding of retail challenges.
  • Significant experience in media campaign management and agency budget oversight.
  • Keen product sensitivity, particularly in luxury jewelry.
  • Recognized for strategic vision, innovation capability, and autonomy.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBi. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in marketing and/or commerce, preferably in the luxury sector.
