Join Chaumet in Osaka as an Assistant Boutique Manager. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, offering a dynamic environment within the LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute boutique action plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with department stores and key clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, including VIP client treatment and after-sales service.
  • Manage and support back-office operations, including sales, inventory, and expense management.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to team members.
  • Assist in labor management, including shift scheduling and task allocation.
