Join Chanel in Paris as a Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern, starting January 2026. Gain experience in luxury fashion recruitment within a dynamic and prestigious environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment process, including manager briefings and weekly recruitment meetings.
  • Update and disseminate job postings.
  • Conduct candidate research and identification.
  • Perform phone pre-qualifications and interview follow-ups.
  • Respond to candidate applications.
  • Track finalist candidates until their integration into the company.
  • Update the HR database.
  • Contribute to activity reporting construction.
  • Engage in transversal Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Consolidate talent pools and recommend profiles for entry-level positions.
  • Monitor emerging talent across all fields.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and culture sectors.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or specialized school in Fashion Management or Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a fashion house, luxury group, or recruitment firm.

Skills

Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. Demonstrated reactivity, agility, and rigor. Strong teamwork capabilities.

Experience

Prior experience in a fashion house, luxury group, or recruitment firm is required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or specialized school in Fashion Management or Human Resources.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
