Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors at the front desk, ensuring adherence to Chanel's high standards.
  • Receive and sort mail, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist with deliveries and send-outs for the entire office.
  • Maintain the visual excellence of the reception area.
  • Prepare meetings and training rooms, including necessary equipment and catering.
  • Order office and boutique supplies, maintaining inventory.
  • Manage catering inquiries and support for internal meetings and events.
  • Organize canteen lunch for office employees.
  • Onboard new office employees regarding shared office responsibilities.
  • Assist in planning internal events, seminars, and external visits.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with various functions and teams.
  • Approachable, proactive, detail-oriented, and structured work style.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in organizing small-scale office events is advantageous.
  • Qualification in administrative management or organization.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Danish, both oral and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt spontaneously. Customer service orientation.

Experience

Preferably possesses experience in a comparable role, with a background in organizing office events being advantageous.
