Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager of Organisation Development & Human Resources in facilitating, consolidating, and following up on roadmaps and project executions.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, catering, and communications.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the HR Business Services team regarding the employee and retail partner lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage Workday data in collaboration with the HRBS team.
  • Prepare and coordinate 100-day onboarding programs for new office joiners with the People Experience Team and People Managers.
  • Provide general support to teams within People & Organisation, including Business Partnering, People Experience, People Operations & Performance, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Skills

Highly organized and process-driven with experience in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel and problem-solving. Ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience

Hands-on experience in a dynamic organization with a focus on human resource management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
