Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager of Organisation Development & Human Resources in facilitating, consolidating, and following up on roadmaps and project executions.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, catering, and communications.
- Serve as the point of contact for the HR Business Services team regarding the employee and retail partner lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage Workday data in collaboration with the HRBS team.
- Prepare and coordinate 100-day onboarding programs for new office joiners with the People Experience Team and People Managers.
- Provide general support to teams within People & Organisation, including Business Partnering, People Experience, People Operations & Performance, and Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Skills
Experience
Hands-on experience in a dynamic organization with a focus on human resource management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
