Role & Responsibilities

  • Create unique and memorable client experiences at every point of sale.
  • Drive sales and growth by surpassing client expectations through personalized experiences.
  • Share beauty and makeup tips to educate and inspire clients.
  • Proactively recruit and retain clients to build a diverse client base.
  • Manage stock at the point of sale, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications as a Makeup Specialist/Artist.
  • Several years of experience working one-on-one with clients.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of current makeup trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to establish emotional connections with clients. Curiosity and proactivity in self-learning.

Experience

Customer service experience, preferably from a fast-paced boutique or department store environment.
