Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty account by promoting key business objectives and achieving personal and team targets.
  • Deliver expert consultations in fragrance, immersing clients in the brand experience.
  • Drive sales of CHANEL fragrance while promoting makeup and skincare products.
  • Create exceptional, personalized client experiences that are authentic and tailored to individual needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance CHANEL's presence in the fragrance market.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance and engage clients with storytelling about CHANEL's heritage.
  • Build CHANEL's client portfolio through effective data capture.
  • Take responsibility for sales contributions to the counter's overall performance.
  • Enrich the team experience by leveraging personal strengths.
  • Own the impact made within the wider team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the world of perfumery.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing retail environment.
