Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized and exceptional client experiences in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Ensure client service excellence in line with Chanel's standards and rituals.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Contribute to sales performance through strategic use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Promote cross-selling across all product categories.
- Adopt an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences from in-store to online.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve both individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs.
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and its products.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail or beauty environment is preferred.
