Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Provide expert knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to clients.
  • Create personalized and authentic client experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure exceptional client service in alignment with Chanel's standards and rituals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Promote cross-selling across all product categories.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
  • Collaborate within a team to achieve both individual and collective goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Skills

Strong service orientation with the ability to deliver personalized client experiences. Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs. Comprehensive knowledge of fragrance and beauty products. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales approaches. Passion for fragrance and beauty products and services. Problem-solving skills to overcome client objections and challenges.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
