Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to create personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure exceptional client service in line with Chanel's standards and rituals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve individual and collective goals.

Skills

Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service. Confidence in applying product knowledge to meet client needs in a personalized manner. Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products with the ability to link them to client needs. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales approaches to client needs. Passion for fragrance and beauty products, demonstrated through engagement with clients and team members. Problem-solving skills to address and overcome client objections.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the beauty or luxury retail sector is essential.
