Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Education Executive in Miami to lead talent development and support skincare, makeup, and fragrance businesses. Join a luxury brand committed to diversity and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead people development activities at designated counters, identifying development needs and creating plans to bridge performance gaps.
  • Support the total Chanel skincare, makeup, and fragrance businesses, expanding the client base through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Market Directors on development plans for top talent, ensuring market growth.
  • Model behavior with side-by-side coaching on Chanel’s service ritual and clienteling techniques.
  • Conduct ongoing seminars for Fragrance & Beauty Advisors and follow up in-store.
  • Create counter/boutique learning plans emphasizing leadership.
  • Partner with Market Director and Market Education Director to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Influence individuals’ development journey starting with onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift at minimum 40 pounds.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker. Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills. Leadership and coaching skills with knowledge of talent development processes. Platform performance skills with an emphasis on adult learning. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

This position is based in Miami, Florida, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,300. Additional compensation includes bonus potential and other variable pay.
