Join Chanel in Istanbul as a Fragrance and Beauty Boutique Manager. Lead the team and drive business growth in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the boutique operates efficiently and aligns with Chanel's business strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to execute campaigns, animations, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on financial and budgetary indicators, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Enhance client experience by supporting the sales team and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain the retail space according to Visual Merchandising guidelines and manage stock control procedures.
- Represent the boutique positively both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique management within a luxury retail environment.
Skills
