Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and client interactions.
  • Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
  • Maintain an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client issues in accordance with company standards.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events and product demonstrations.
  • Share extensive knowledge of the brand's heritage and offerings with clients and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Understanding of client experience and passion for luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Chanel's history and product offerings.

Experience

This position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Houston.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.70 to $26 hourly, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
