Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to clients through the CHANEL service ritual.
  • Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
  • Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to implement knowledge.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client situations according to company standards, partnering with teams as needed.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events through introduction and demonstration.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and know-how with clients and team.
  • Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Service-oriented with a genuine concern for customer needs. Excellent listening and learning abilities. Adaptability to scheduling changes and new directions. Strong team collaboration skills. Effective communication skills. Passion for the House of CHANEL and its offerings.

Experience

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base hourly range is $24.30 to $27. Additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks may be offered.
