Role & Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional Chanel boutique experience for each client.
  • Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey within the boutique.
  • Deliver a warm, bespoke experience that captivates and delights each client.
  • Inspire clients with the allure of Chanel through storytelling and deep brand knowledge.
  • Provide beauty services to clients, enhancing their Chanel experience.
  • Develop and maintain a client database to ensure ongoing client engagement post-visit.
  • Understand Chanel's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets through various strategies.
  • Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
  • Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure knowledge of procedures for smooth boutique operations.
  • Handle client transactions efficiently.
  • Share best practices with the team, contributing to collective knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Professional experience in sales, with a passion for the beauty industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills. Performance-driven with a passion for challenges. Cultural openness and sensitivity.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales environment, particularly within the beauty sector.
