Join Chanel in Paris as an Assistant Product Owner - Web. This full-time role in the luxury fashion industry offers career growth in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Owner in managing website content and experiences for Chanel.com.
  • Participate in gathering requirements from project teams.
  • Contribute to writing user stories for requested developments.
  • Manage the backlog of developments, including ticket creation, prioritization, and scheduling, in line with agile methodologies.
  • Support the Product Owner in testing functional developments and bug management, including anomaly qualification and verification.
  • Communicate progress on incident resolution and platform developments to the team.
  • Coordinate rollout topics, including adding new locales and languages to the site, in collaboration with markets and global teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in digital.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and alert when necessary.

Skills

Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong logical thinking and proactivity. Excellent written and spoken English. Team spirit with the ability to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Previous experience as an assistant web project manager or junior web Product Owner is ideal.

Education

Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in digital.
