Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in leading and developing the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
- Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client experiences are delivered consistently.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and mutual respect.
- Manage sales floor operations, including stock management and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate with corporate partners for operational support and inventory management.
- Assist in event planning and execution to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
- Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a seamless client experience across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail or operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, demonstrating operational expertise and a commitment to client service excellence.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

Compensation
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $33.70 to $37. Additional compensation includes bonus potential and benefits.
