CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Boston, Massachusetts. Join a prestigious fashion house under LVMH, focusing on luxury sales and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Client book strongly preferred.

Skills

Strong desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a client book.
