Cartier is seeking a Senior Compliance Project Manager in Paris, France, to lead regulatory risk analysis and ensure compliance in luxury product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of regulatory risks from project inception to production launch approval.
- Frame technical documentation and project test plans.
- Define and monitor the regulatory validation schedule.
- Support development teams and suppliers in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the completeness of regulatory dossiers for internal clients.
- Engage with the compliance ecosystem to facilitate market availability.
- Update local databases and records for distribution.
- Participate in group-led workshops on regulatory compliance monitoring.
- Facilitate improvement groups or projects on regulatory topics.
- Conduct regulatory watch and support development teams in implementing applicable standards.
- Translate international and group directives for project teams and suppliers.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Quality Management System and regulatory compliance processes.
- Identify and implement local regulatory requirements across various regions.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools for project tracking and budget monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with strong regulatory knowledge.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and a results-oriented approach.
- Rigorous, resilient, and adaptable.
- Strong team spirit, positivity, and responsiveness.
- Proactive in proposing new processes.
