Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous aesthetic inspections of gold bracelet components and finished products using defined quality criteria and operational guidelines.
- Identify visual defects such as scratches, marks, dust, polishing flaws, and color anomalies using tools like magnifying glasses and specialized lighting.
- Perform minor touch-ups using hand retouching tools.
- Document and isolate non-conforming components, redirecting them to retouch or scrap areas.
- Record quality control data in the quality tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in inspecting precious components, preferably gold bracelets.
- Strong judgment and interpretation skills regarding product aesthetics.
- Autonomous decision-making abilities concerning product aesthetics.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years in quality inspection of precious components, with a preference for experience in gold bracelet inspection.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
