Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and participate in routine exchanges with the Reims foundry and internal stakeholders regarding certified stones.
  • Manage and monitor orders for castings and certified stones in collaboration with the production site and internal departments.
  • Support the tracking of reindustrializations, new products, and special orders for castings and certified stones.
  • Oversee and enhance performance indicators related to supply chain activities, including availability, service rates, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in service projects and support team members in improving supplier performance and reducing lead times.
  • Maintain the quality of the department's information systems data, including Power BI and Power Query.
  • Update interfaces with workshop planning, physical logistics, and other Cartier departments.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an engineering or business school with a focus on Supply Chain.

Skills

Attention to detail and reliability. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. Comfortable with numerical data and information systems, ideally SAP, Power Query, and Power BI.

Experience

A significant internship experience in supply chain is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain.
