Join Cartier in Meyrin as a High-End Project Manager. This role involves leading action plans, community development, and strategic support within the luxury fashion sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead action plans related to High-End creations and train sales teams on these creations.
  • Capitalize on and manage the stock of High-End creations, ensuring optimal display and allocation across the Swiss network.
  • Develop and animate the local High-End community, integrating new sales associates and implementing training programs.
  • Coordinate participation in High-End events, including client targeting and creation wishlist preparation.
  • Support the manager in defining and implementing the High-End strategy, including strategic action plans and reporting.
  • Manage the High-End Merchandising Intern and oversee the High-End stock strategy and creation flows.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector.
  • Knowledge of Maison Cartier and the luxury universe.
  • Expertise in jewellery.

Skills

Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Gemini, and databases. Strong communication and influential skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

Experience

5 years of project management experience, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end retail sector.
