Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze the feasibility of the production plan in the short, medium, and long term, considering internal capacities.
  • Coordinate production needs within the manufacturing facility and ensure effective communication with internal and external suppliers.
  • Plan and analyze data for short and medium-term planning in SAP for watch components, providing visibility on the feasibility of the production plan to internal clients.
  • Collaborate closely with central supply to manage sales priorities and optimize watch production.
  • Serve as the primary contact for production, ensuring proper follow-up on planning for relevant workshops.
  • Identify capacity issues related to technical and human constraints and manage anticipations effectively.
  • Contribute to organizing all ancillary production activities, including accuracy of ranges and lead times, reassembly flow management, and material availability.
  • Participate in setting up management data in SAP in close collaboration with the industrialization department.
  • Ensure quality reporting on activity progress to the supply chain manager.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain department, adhering to QHSE standards and company policy.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Proven experience as a planner
  • Fluency in French

Skills

Expertise in planning processes and techniques In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Proficiency in SAP and Excel Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage Dynamic, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical and result-oriented capabilities Autonomous, organized, and meticulous Flexibility and adaptability to new environments

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a planning role.

Education

Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
