1. Administer IVALUA procurement software for comprehensive spend and supplier management.
2. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts, supporting contract negotiations.
3. Analyze and monitor vendor spending, focusing on indirect purchasing for various categories.
4. Support the Procurement Manager in category analysis, market research, and strategy development.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor procurement performance.
6. Contribute to sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives, ensuring supplier compliance.
7. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement strategies and outcomes.

1. Graduated from a business school or hold a Master's degree in management.
2. Understanding of high luxury business requirements.
3. Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, including negotiation skills.
4. Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills.
5. Results-driven with a business and customer-centric approach.

3. Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of IVALUA, SAP, and Per-Angusta is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in procurement or purchasing, with a focus on negotiation and supplier management.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, Master's preferred.
