Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from greeting to packaging, ensuring adherence to sales techniques for a unique shopping experience.
  • Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in every customer interaction.
  • Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to customer needs, providing personalized advice.
  • Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new clients with Bulgari.
  • Execute all individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
  • Communicate opportunities to management for community engagement and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
  • Proactive sales and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and personal accountability.
  • High sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Capability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
  • English proficiency desired; other languages are an advantage.
