Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Advisors in preparing for client appointments by organizing product selections and setting up presentation areas.
  • Support Client Advisors in delivering a seamless selling experience, including product presentation, hospitality offers, and checkout procedures.
  • Facilitate CARE services and ensure client needs are communicated effectively to relevant staff.
  • Manage backend activities such as stock checks, reserving items, and preparing merchandise for display.
  • Provide logistical support during client interactions, including fetching different sizes or colors of products.
  • Maintain store ambiance and ensure selling spaces are organized and replenished.
  • Coordinate effectively between the Sales Team, Host, and Cashier.
