Bulgari is seeking an FP&A Analyst in London, UK. Join a leading luxury brand to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and revision of budgets in collaboration with managers, ensuring timely submission and resolution of queries.
  • Participate in corporate projects and initiatives impacting the organization.
  • Create presentations with insightful analysis to guide decision-making processes.
  • Identify and research variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses, proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and operational reviews.
  • Oversee monthly store costs, providing insights and driving efficiencies in collaboration with management.
  • Assess supplier terms, cost structures, and sourcing.
  • Conduct business reviews, preparing management reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with store management on financial and operational topics to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of experience in a financial or analytical role, preferably within retail

Skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A or BI tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion Strong organizational and prioritization skills Agile and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a financial or analytical role, preferably within the retail sector.

Education

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent
