Join Bulgari in Rome as an Advertising & Promotion Budget Analyst. Enhance business performance through strategic A&P investment management. Full-time position in Italy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities to optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investments, enhancing business performance and ensuring governance.
  • Provide accurate and timely analysis on marketing and communications performance to stakeholders, including marketing, communication, finance teams, and top management.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations on historical and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership.
  • Monitor period performance and execution of marketing and communication projects.
  • Analyze and present A&P performance, transforming data into insights and actionable decisions.
  • Develop budgets and revisions, preparing bottom-up by department, and provide strategic advice on cost saving and margin improvement.
  • Oversee corporate and local reporting, ensuring coordination across all areas and developing ad-hoc reports to meet specific information needs.
  • Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with international experience considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis techniques.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the finance department, with international experience considered a plus.
