Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the FP&A team in delivering accurate financial information to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the maintenance and development of financial reporting tools.
  • Participate in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contribute to management reporting, focusing on profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Conduct financial performance analysis on key performance indicators such as sales, margins, operating costs, and cash contributions.
  • Engage in capital investment review and analysis.
  • Involve in monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Prior experience or traineeship in finance departments.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI is a plus. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Experience

Prior experience or traineeship in similar finance positions is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
