Join Boucheron in Paris as an Intern - Product Assistant for High Jewelry and Special Orders. Contribute to a legacy of excellence in the luxury jewelry industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
- Assist markets in the special order process and manage request follow-ups.
- Oversee product development stages on a daily basis.
- Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
- Prepare quotations for Special Orders.
- Coordinate with the Stones Department.
- Create creative briefs for the studio.
- Organize photoshoots for newly produced pieces.
- Prepare sales tools such as boxes, certificates, and gouachés, and track order deliveries.
- Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
- Previous experience of 6 months in the jewelry industry is preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
Workplace
The role is situated in Paris, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
