Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entry of orders into the system and verify invoices related to prototypes, samples, press, and quality control, coordinating with the Accounting department for proper alignment.
  • Oversee the creation of new supplier codes and profiles in the system, followed by the entry of supply contracts.
  • Monitor the updating of supplier purchase price lists.
  • Ensure accurate management and verification of DDT transport documents and subsequent progress by liaising with relevant internal departments and the plant warehouse.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury footwear production or internal production management.

Skills

Strong interest and aptitude for data management and back-office activities. Proficiency in computer systems (management software and Excel). Good command of the English language is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork. Precision and excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and initiative. Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in evolving business environments.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury footwear production or internal production management.
