Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Kering Customer Service team to deliver solutions based on established policies and guidelines.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Work with the Retail Operations Assistant Manager to identify and implement improvements in store operations.
  • Provide operational support by managing store supplies, uniforms, and databases.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, with luxury experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Native proficiency in Japanese, with English proficiency considered an asset.

Skills

Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management. Proactive problem-solving and self-management in ambiguous situations. Meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication with store personnel and stakeholders.

Experience

A minimum of three years in the retail sector, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
