Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations by developing and implementing effective goods storage systems, balancing business urgency with proper planning.
- Supervise inventory and oversee Stock Associates to prevent losses.
- Oversee payment procedures, manage Cashiers, and assist in resolving payment issues.
- Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash management and bank deposits.
- Ensure boutique operations run smoothly by managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning.
- Coordinate with the Operations Office at headquarters to manage and supervise all operational procedures.
- Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product return processes.
- Manage staff clothing allowance cases.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in operations management or a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.
Compensation
Salary range of $29.00-31.00 per hour, plus overtime.
