Role & Responsibilities
- Support the issuance of export customs documentation via the customs agency portal for each operation and ensure documents are sent to the warehouse to initiate shipment.
- Manage import procedures for various group companies by sending detailed instructions to the customs broker and notifying recipients of goods arrival.
- Enter customs categories for each item into the PLM system, adhering to customs classification rules.
- Ensure customs compliance regarding product data: verify attributes and support technical departments in their selection.
- Interface with Kering's Trade & Customs Compliance and Customer Care offices to share product-related information.
- Assist in collecting accounting and logistical data to justify customs office requests for corrections or closures of non-compliant or unverified practices.
- Manage the archiving of customs documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies and/or a bachelor's degree in economic disciplines.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customs/import & export within structured companies.
Education
Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies and/or a bachelor's degree in economic disciplines.
Workplace
The role is situated in Montebello Vicentino, Veneto, Italy.
