Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources, maintaining expertise in all collections.
  • Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in New York City, New York, USA, with easy access to New York City.

Compensation

$22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
