Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving sales objectives set by the brand.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance the boutique's revenue.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the team by sharing best practices.
  • Participate in the collection and updating of client information using CRM and Client Book.
  • Uphold the brand's values and internal practices.
  • Assist in stock organization.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty efforts.
  • Provide excellent service to clients in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
  • Desire to engage in an innovative and dynamic project within a demanding brand.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Team-oriented mindset. Versatility and flexibility.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail is preferred.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
