Role & Responsibilities

  • Review export documents under Article 8.
  • Retrieve and archive customs export documents in collaboration with the Customs Office.
  • Conduct general accounting checks and reporting activities.
  • Verify documentation required for the compilation of the Polivalente declaration.
  • Manage and oversee the entry of documents into substitute archiving.
  • Assist in credit recovery activities with third-party or intercompany clients.
  • Monitor documents for submission to the Revenue Agency and manage error reporting.

Qualifications

  • Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics.

Skills

Proficiency in PC usage, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and management systems. Strong data processing and reporting skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. Excellent work planning capabilities. Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, though familiarity with accounting practices is advantageous.

Education

Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics.
