Benefit Cosmetics in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Education - Product Strategy to lead the development of educational strategies for retail teams. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive education content plans that include 360-degree activation strategies.
  • Create training materials for classroom and online learning, including eLearning modules and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Category Strategy, Product Innovation, Omnichannel Marketing, and Creative to deliver innovative learning solutions.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to anticipate challenges and share best practices from market levels.
  • Partner with the Creative department to ensure alignment on all educational assets and manage external vendor video production.
  • Oversee department budget lines for product education, ensuring cost-effective spending.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Aesthetician license is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail education, curriculum development, program management, and budget oversight.

Skills

Strong ability to develop and implement educational strategies. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources. Ability to create engaging training materials for various formats.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on retail education and curriculum development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The successful candidate will be located in San Francisco, California, USA.

Compensation

Target salary range in California is $110,000-$130,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
