Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and monitor individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
- Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
- Present and sell Benefit Cosmetics products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
- Participate in counter events, including new product launches.
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
- Ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and/or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required, with a preference for those with cosmetics experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands.
