Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of commercial activities, including daily operations and customer returns and complaints.
  • Participate in ensuring customer orders comply with order intakes.
  • Prepare necessary sales documents such as line sheets, sales books, and customer codes.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the client database in coordination with Zone Managers.
  • Contribute to various administrative tasks.
  • Aid in organizing the transportation of collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling events.
  • Participate in diverse projects.
  • Assist in managing the appointment schedules for buyers during showrooms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) in Business or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities. Organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines. Proactive and autonomous, able to take initiative while working effectively in a team. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2/C1 level).

Experience

A foundational experience in a similar role is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
