Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store sales management, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and till supervision.
- Lead and coach the sales team through individual and group sessions, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with goals.
- Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, maintaining CRM systems, and resolving disputes.
- Manage personnel, including scheduling, uniform distribution, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program and propose improvements and action plans.
- Present collections in line with the Merchandising policy and analyze sales and budget indicators.
- Participate in inventory procedures and manage stock levels, including restocking and repairs.
- Oversee after-sales service and manage the store's operational aspects.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and familiarity with local clientele.
- Fluency in English and French, with an additional language being advantageous.

Experience
Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and customer relations.
