Join Balenciaga in Paris as a Production Quality Assistant Intern. Gain experience in a dynamic luxury fashion environment, part of the Kering Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of collections, special projects, and capsule collections.
  • Maintain contact with production factories.
  • Participate in organizing fittings, taking notes and photographs.
  • Update and archive information on PLM systems.
  • Participate in detail reviews and standardization fittings.
  • Monitor washing and wear tests.
  • Send fabrics and supplies to factories for TDS creation.
  • Follow up with suppliers on TDS schedules and manage timelines.
  • Label, send, and track prototypes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Fashion or Business School or equivalent program.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools.
  • Dynamic, reactive, with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry preferred.
  • Available for a 6-month internship.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual in English and French. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the fashion or luxury industry is highly valued.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion or Business.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
