Join Balenciaga in Paris as an Intern Assistant Collection Coordinator for Jewelry & Eyewear. Contribute to the development of luxury collections in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the continuous updating of all collection materials.
  • Prepare for meetings with Artistic Direction and manage show looks and packing.
  • Follow up on all seasonal and commercial launches.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
  • Share and closely monitor information between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy.
  • Organize wear tests and manage Jewelry normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams.
  • Oversee all receptions, shipments, and deliveries of prototypes.
  • Manage internal shoots and assist in showroom preparation and workspace maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
  • Previous experience in fashion is appreciated.

Skills

Strong organizational abilities and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus. Product-oriented mindset with a high level of organization. Perseverance, curiosity, and a willingness to assist.

Experience

A first experience in the fashion industry is appreciated but not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
