Join Acqua di Parma in Brussels as a Sales and Marketing Intern. Gain experience in the luxury fragrance industry with a focus on sales, marketing, and brand activation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager for Benelux in daily activities.
  • Support 360° marketing activities including product management, trade marketing, e-retail, and public relations.
  • Monitor sales targets within the distribution network.
  • Develop and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness both online and offline.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in analysis to ensure customer objectives are met.
  • Oversee sales support tools such as presentations and order forms.
  • Implement and develop customized trade marketing activations and provide ROI reporting.
  • Create presentations for new product launches and educational tools.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to drive sales objectives.
  • Support the PR agency with activities in Benelux, including seeding and press releases.
  • Assist in reporting to the Global Headquarters to highlight local initiatives and results.
  • Manage customer orders and serve as the point of contact for order-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and self-motivation. Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those starting their career in sales and marketing.
