Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Product Development & Innovation Manager in the creation of new fragrances, from initial concept to compound validation across all product categories.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new trends and product launches in various global markets.
- Perform trend analysis to research and identify emerging scent trends within and beyond the beauty industry, supporting the creation of new scents and concepts.
- Oversee activities related to fragrance formula development in accordance with Acqua di Parma and LVMH R&D guidelines.
- Monitor regulatory reformulations, ensuring compliance with compound and formula standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chemistry preferred.
- Previous experience in a fragrance house or fragrance development is advantageous.
- Proactive, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, though experience in a fragrance house is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chemistry preferred.

The role is situated in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
