Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare production plans and briefs for tenders.
  • Independently manage certain production tasks.
  • Visit manufacturing workshops to oversee production, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to installations and dismantlings, such as permits and security documentation.
  • Assist in supervising night installations and dismantlings alongside the Production Manager.
  • Source new materials and update the materials library.
  • Identify new specialized manufacturers and update the supplier database.
  • Conduct market research and update benchmarking files.

Qualifications

  • Background in design, interior architecture, or scenography.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
