Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch concierge services to clients, responding to inquiries and directing guests inside and outside the store according to their needs.
  • Organise transport, product deliveries, reservations and other logistical services on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule guided visits, tours and partner services (tour operators, guides, drivers) to optimise client flow and experience.
  • Support Personal Shoppers by issuing purchase cards and privilege cards to eligible clients and assisting with private visits, receptions and ad-hoc services.
  • Maintain and update information on store services, events and local activities to ensure accurate client recommendations.
  • Manage client requests end-to-end, including handling complaints, repairs and follow-up actions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major Parisian institutions and external partners to anticipate and fulfil client needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and in-store teams to plan and execute promotional activities and public relations events.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma (collège/lycée) or equivalent; hospitality/service-focused qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar concierge or luxury-hospitality role is required.
  • Strong computer fundamentals and accurate client data recording skills.
  • Fluent French and English; Mandarin or an additional language is a strong advantage.
  • Professional appearance, polished verbal expression and exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, team-oriented and adept at problem resolution.
  • Ability to work weekends (including Sundays) and public holidays; able to remain on foot and engage proactively with clients for the duration of shifts.
